Standard Care covers all regular build tiers for $85/month or $850/year. Eligible nonprofit and fraternal informational sites can choose Nonprofit Care Lite for $35/month or $350/year. Annual prepay saves two months. Event sites retain their included hosting and domain terms and require no monthly care plan.

Both plans include hosting, backups, security monitoring, routine maintenance, and covered repairs. Standard Care also includes appropriate database and error monitoring for supported web applications.
Standard Care includes 30 minutes of small content edits per calendar month, such as text, photos, hours, and contact details. Allowances reset on the first of each calendar month regardless of billing date. Unused minutes expire. New clients receive the full allowance for their first partial month; allowance changes begin the following month. Covered maintenance and repairs do not consume the content-edit allowance. Nonprofit Care Lite includes no content-edit time.
New pages, structural changes, features, workflows, and integrations are separately quoted or billed at $95/hour. Content edits beyond the included allowance, and all Care Lite content edits, are billed at $95/hour. Additional work requires approval before billing. Client-specific third-party services remain separately billed at cost.
Both plans have a first-response target within three business days, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central, excluding designated closures. Requests received outside business hours begin at the next opening. The date a request is received during business hours, or that next opening date, counts as day one; the first response is due by 5:00 PM on day three. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time or 24/7 service.
These terms apply to new published offerings. Existing signed agreements, including their build payment terms, remain in effect. Existing customer agreements and subscriptions do not change automatically.
$95 per hour
One hour minimum. Most small things fit inside the hour. Advice and questions are free. Billable work begins only with your approval; covered maintenance and repairs are included in care.
Some businesses require additional third-party services based on their unique needs. These services are billed separately at cost.
SquareMark includes the software and infrastructure required to build, host, secure, and maintain your website. Client-specific services such as domain registration, professional email, premium APIs, CDN/storage services, SMS providers, and other usage-based platforms are billed separately at cost. SquareMark does not mark up these third-party services.

New builds, including event sites, begin once a 50% deposit has been received. The remaining 50% is due before launch. Existing signed agreements retain their agreed payment terms.
Platform builds may be split into 3 monthly payments of $850, starting at kickoff. Care plans are billed monthly on your launch date, or prepaid annually and renewed on the anniversary. If a payment plan lapses, the remaining balance may become due and service may pause until the account is current.
Client-owned assets, including domain names purchased on the client's behalf, remain the property of the client.
Custom website designs, source code, graphics, databases, workflows, and other project assets remain the property of Square Mark Creative LLC until all amounts due have been paid in full.
Upon fulfillment of the agreement, SquareMark will transfer all applicable website files, administrative access, and project assets to the client upon request.
Any outstanding payment-plan balance must be paid before website assets are released or transferred.

No monthly care plan is required. Essential Event is $500 and Concierge Event is $900; their existing included hosting and domain terms remain in place.
